District Summer Camp Meeting
As you have either agreed to attend or shown interest in next years district summer camp. I will hold the first planning meeting on the 12th November at 7:30pm at the 5th Barry Sea Scout Hall.
As mentioned at the last meeting instead of having all leaders from every group, I would suggest that each group appoint a group summer camp manager who will act as a middle person between the main camp team and the scout group. This person will be responsible for communicating any ideas from the group and bringing them to each meeting and also they will need to give feedback on any decision made from the main camp meetings.
Please can you let me know soon who your groups camp manager is so I can get the first meetings agenda to them by the first of November, which will give them enough time to gain feedback and any ideas.
